1. TIAG Best Practices Call: Next Week
The next TIAG North American Best Practices teleconference will be held on Wednesday, June 26th at 4PM EST. Our speaker will be Mark Koziel, the Vice President of Firm Services & Global Alliances at the AICPA and an expert in the field of succession planning for accounting firms. Succession Planning: The Time is Now for the Future of Your Firm
Succession planning continues to be a growing concern for the accounting profession. With baby boomers facing retirement in the next five to ten years, the time is now for you to plan your firm’s succession for the future. This session will look at a recent succession survey to give participants a glimpse into what the profession looks like for succession, what other firms are doing for succession planning and what the AICPA and its Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) is doing to help firms develop a succession plan for the future.
