Jungjin Serim Accounting Corp. operates an internal and external reporting center to address direct or indirect unethical conduct that may occur within or outside the firm, in order to foster a culture of business ethics.
We verify the facts of reports received from internal and external whistleblowers and conduct investigations when necessary.

We do not disclose the identity of internal whistleblowers or external informants and will take all measures to protect them from retaliation.

Please note that we do not process defamation, matters related to personal privacy, or matters not directly related to ethical management;
reporters are responsible for the content of reports that are not based on fact.
